I'm very frustrated that my Fitbit Ionic is unable to get this Firmware update. I've tried everything and to see my screen default to the Fitbit logo constantly is annoying. For the money we've all paid for these "smart" watches, you'd think we wouldn't be running into this issue by the masses. I hope Fitbit finds a fix soon!
Well, since last night my Ionic is in a constant phase of loading from factory reset. 5 Fitbit’s in 5 years is too much for me to invest in - again!! Decided to go with an Apple Watch. I hope Fitbit figures things out.

I'm beginning to think the same solution. I have loved my fitbits including ionic and blaze but since this new software came out, it is impossible to upload and my Ionic isn't functioning correctly. I am becoming quite frustrated as well!
