I can no longer log into my app or the website using my login information. I have tried the reset password link several times but no email is ever sent. I can only log onto the site through facebook so I can't access the app for my phone.

Hello, a little over a week ago I started a thread about not being able to access my account through my iphone app and that I could only log on the website through the facebook option. I looked at my settings today and saw my email that I've had on my account since I started was changed by someone other than me to a series of letters followed by an @dispoaseamail.com (amail not email). Due to this I can't change my password because it isn't sending to my correct email and I cannot change my email because my password won't work. I still haven't heard back from my last thread so I'm starting this one for visibility.

Not yet. I have checked both my regular inbox and my spam folder. If they are going off the email that is tied to my account though then they may have sent it, but to an email other than my own.

Hey @RicardoFitbit , just checking in on how things are going on your end. I added to the thread below about an issue that is also stopping me from being able to reset my password as the email on my account settings was changed by someone other than myself to what looks like a placeholder email. If you need my current email address to fix the problem let me know.

Our Support team informed me that they sent you an email, however, it seems that you never received such information due to the issue with the incorrect email address. That being said, I recommend you to contact them directly with the options that are specified here to move forward with this account concern.
