My Iconic won’t pair with my Bose headphones.

The headphones pair pair on all other devices. I have shutdown my Iconic and restarted a dozen times but no luck

is this a serial fault that is covered by my warranty.

Hey @ADG45 welcome to the Community Forums, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and time troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting, seems odd that you're unable to pair your Bose headphones with your Fitbit device. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and follow the next steps:

When you add a new Bluetooth audio device for the first time, make sure both the device and your watch are in pairing mode. To pair a new Bluetooth audio device:

  1. Start by activating pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones, speaker, or other audio device.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app and then scroll down and tap Bluetooth.
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.

When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Out of interest did you manage to get stereo or mono playback. I have a set of Bose sports earbuds but can only get sound from the right one.
