Can't read text messages on my Ionic from my Android Google Pixel 2XL. I recently got an Ionic and have not been able to read my text messages. I can reply and get notified, but I cannot read them. I have tried many suggestions already listed by others, but nothing works.

@PamelaAmm Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you're using a Pixel 2XL. 

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. In this case, I would like you to confirm that you've set your notifications by following the steps mentioned in this article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Could you confirm if the text that you receive is "New text message"?
