Hi,
My mobile app logged me out and I do not remember the password to my account. I no longer have access to the email listed on my account (old work email), so I can't receive the reset link. I contacted chat and he told me I had to create a whole new account... This seems a bit ridiculous! I don't want to lose all my stats, friends, and wallpapers I have purchased for my Fitbit. Is there some way support can reset my password or email?? I have all the info from my Ionic and can verify it's really me...

Hi @smh5512 you chatted with support and they said your only option was to get a new account. When you've lost the password to the email address, and you can't access the email, there is no way for them to help you. You know you're you, but the only proof you have is that email address, which is also your Fitbit account. Sorry this happened to you, but I'm not sure there is anything that can be done.

This isnt the only app this has happened with and others were able to reset via sending me a text or providing info from the device I had paired to it. I used to be a big fan of FitBit, but I guess I'll start looking at other smartwatches/fitness trackers that have better tech support...
