After an unbelievable 2 week wait for my Ionic to replace my defective Surge, there are no instructions or links to set up the Ionic on my Macbook Pro...I am rather disgusted with Fitbit's constant clown show. How do I make this work?

Thank you for your response, Silvia. Even though I've been accessing my data and linking to my Surge with my Macbook Pro for years I was completely unable to set up the new Ionic using the Mac. I also have a Motorola G7 phone that I ultimately used to activate it. Fitbit's instructions were essentially useless. You should review the setup instructions on CNET for your phone. It seems to me that anytime you have over 17,000 messages about the **ahem**able red light on the Surge, and nearly as many frustrations with the Ionic, you should reassess your business model.

P.S. I might add that taking nearly 2 weeks to get the Ionic to me was slower than the Pony Express....Thanks!
