I recently had problems with my iconic not syncing and so uninstalled it off my phone and restored the Fitbit to factory settings. I am now unable to set it back up again, I have downloaded the fitbit app and am trying to set up a new device but it's not recognising it atall, wont pair, just tells me to make sure its plugged in and charging, wifi on etc please help. I have a Samsung S9+
