After a little over a year of use, my Ionic Bluetooth has stopped working. I have rebooted both my phone and the fitbit. I've forced a restart on the fitbit. My Ionic doesn't appear to be discover-able by any Bluetooth device, the my phone Bluetooth CAN can find other fitbits (it found my mom's flex). I have now tried to factory reset my fitbit, but that seems to have been a mistake as I can no longer pair it to my account.

Hello @UmbraFit, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Unfortunately, during the debugging process, one of the suggestions was to unlink my Ionic from my fitbit account. I have been unable to setup my Ionic again since then because there is no bluetooth connection. It seems like there should be a way to connect my Ionic to my account through the USB charging cable, but I've had no luck doing that. Any help in this regard would be most appreciated.
Thank you.
