Hi im having trouble pairing my ionic to my samsung galaxy s10+. Worked fine with my old galaxy s8+.
Anyone else had this problem.

Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern.
That being said, even though your mobile device is not compatible, please give it a try to our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device or a computer to avoid this situation

Has anybody had problems pairing a fitbit ionic to a samsung galaxy s10+. They can see each other and i type in the 4 digit number. After that it its says please wait the try again later.

Hi its still not working. I cant even pair it with my old galaxy s8+ and ive had it paired with that before

I have the Galaxy 8 (not the Edge or Plus) and I do get my AltaHR to work. Since this is the same thing, I'll move these posts to that thread so everything can stay together.

Is the Ionic still not compatible with the Samsung S10+? If so, why when the phone has been out for quite awhile? The issue I'm having is it sometimes works, but other times it says that it's looking for the device and it's on my wrist that I'm holding the phone! Other times it says it's syncing and it never syncs! I wear my watch to bed every night and it often doesn't sync in the morning. I have turned the watch off and restarted it and that helps it sync that time, but then the next morning I'm dealing with the same issue. It is also sporadic as to what calls and texts it sends to my watch. I use and rely on my ionic all the time and it's frustrating that I'm still dealing with same issue. I would think it would have been solved by now.

I have the Samsung S10+ working with my Fitbit Ionic.
The only issue I get sometimes, is that sometimes notifications don't always come into the Fitbit, it changes from app to app, so one minute I won't get an message notification, and then next it could be a Watsapp one. Strange but that's life, untill it is fully compatible with the S10+

My Ionic recently had a new push to it and ever since it has failed to connect to my Samsung S10+.
i had to connect it to my iPad, not the solution I really want.
when will it be fixed?
