Unable to sync Ionic - Not receiving notifications

My Ionic will not sync with my phone unless it's veing charged.  I dpnt gwt notifications of calls or text messages.. I've rebooted phone and watch but it continues to not sync.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. For the notifications issue, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using?

I am having the same issue. I can only get my ionic to sync if I turn the WiFi on my phone off. I also am not able to connect to the Fitbit community unless I turn my WiFi off on my phone.
