Hi, i have a problem my fitbit won't synchronize with my phone, i went to setting on fitbit and pressed restore factory settings, but now i cant even get the clock on my fitbit. Can anyone guide me through it please. I'm not a technology type person so plenty of patience required.

Thanks for the patience that was spent on your device and for troubleshooting this situation prior posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be. To better assist you, I'd like to gather more information to move forward. When you say that you can't even get the clock on your Fitbit, you mean that the display is not showing nothing at all or that the time is incorrect? If this is the case, due to the syncing difficulties the time on your device may be incorrect. For syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
