Unable to sync device

My ionic does not syncing..... " looking  for Devices''... and ending... "No Device Found" over multiple days. I reported it already previously but did not get any satisfactory feedback to give a good results yet. Still I am waiting if it may get better with time as it did before ... I know it should not like this but this is the only way so far

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Ionic? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on my previous and also please le me know which mobile device are you using. I'll be looking forward to your reply.

Hello

I have tried all the trouble shooting steps and even tried uninstalling the app from my IPhone 6s and then reinstalled it. 


This worked for just one day & now back to “ no device found” 

 

please help as this product is extremely useful but fails when the important info can’t sync.

I have same issue and have since ios13. Have been through support 4 times now in the last 3 months. Every morning my watch is 30 minutes slow until I battle to get it to sync up for 10 minutes or better. It says be patient but this has gone on way to long and something needs to be done.

My iPhone SE running IOS 13.6.1 is intermittently failing to locate my Fitbit Ionic. Instead of syncing & refreshing every time, more frequently it’s looking for the device and then saying no device found. This has been happening now for about a month.
I have rebooted the device. I have deleted & reloaded the app. I have checked all the settings as per your guidance. No change. Sometimes it syncs mostly it doesn’t.
Curiously, I have no problem syncing my one month old iPad mini and once I’ve synced the iPad the iPhone immediately syncs. It would be more convenient however if I could get the iPhone working properly again.

I have had this problem for a quite long time. I have tested multiple ways of approach including resetting the phone as well. The most probable way was to reset the Fitbit

Thank you but resetting the Fitbit and the iPhone has not had any effect.
