My device does not sync with the app, installed in my phone. Although it has full battery and is being charged, it still remains invisible for other devices as well. I tried restarting it and even connecting it to my computer, but it again could not connect. Please, explain to me what I should do or whether I should see an IT-specialist.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
