Hi All,
I'm trying to connect my fitbit ionic to my computer (Windows Pro 8.1) to transfer music but every time I try to log in to the app, it says that connection not available. I cannot connect to my fitbit through bluetooth either. I just want to get music on my device. I'm happy to use my iphone for everything else, but need the computer app to work for music transfer.
Please help as I'm immensely frustrated about this all! 🙂

@Markyfletch A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I see where your frustration is coming from.
In order to download playlists to your watch, you need a computer with a Wi-Fi connection and the free Fitbit Connect app. I would like you to confirm you're following this procedure to transfer music to your Ionic.
If you're still experiencing the same please attach a screenshot of the error message you get.
Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi.
Thanks for replying.
I've tried to set up Fitbit Connect, but Ionic is not one of the options to set up the application. Please advise how to fix this.
Looking forward to hearing back from someone 🙂
