Hi,
I have a Fitbit Ionic & am having great difficulty in transferring music from my PC. I have got as far as downloading the Fitbit Connect App, it then doesn't recognise my watch & tells me to pair my watch using the Fitbit mobile app. I have this on my ipad not on my PC but when I try to download it on my PC, I am unable to.
Can I only downoad the Fitbit app on my PC using Windows 10?
Is there a way to transfer music to my Fitbit from my Ipad?
If anyone has any tips please, I would be most grateful, thank you.

Hi @SamSharks, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. To answer your question, it's not possible to transfer music to your Ionic from your iPad, this can only be done with a computer. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted please, I'll be around if you need further assistance.
