Such a let down. Really had high hopes for this watch. Wish I would have found this community before I purchased this watch... Won’t update. When it did work, it was always disconnecting......
If you are considering purchasing a Fitbit Ionic... Beware.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and personal experience with your Fitbit Ionic, I'm sorry for the difficulties you experienced with your device, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're having difficulties updating the firmware version of your device? If such is the case, please check: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?. Also, seems odd that your device keeps disconnecting, but when you say so, you mean that you're unable to sync it? Are you referring to the Bluetooth connection? Which mobile device you're currently using with you Fitbit Ionic?
