Unable to use my U.S. Bank card with FitBit Pay

Hello Fitbit

I checked the names of the banks that currently work with Fitbit pay and US bank is listed but I am unable to use it. When I enter the card into the phone app it says that this bank is currently not available to work with the ionic. Can you please verify that indeed US bank is not working.

The help pages do say that not every type of card from each named bank is supported so you may have one of the ones that isn’t?
