Undercounting steps

Says I’m doing less steps than I’m actually doing. Eg 7.7k walk only equal to 5800 steps.

Try a restart. If the Ionic is still undercounting steps, go to the Fitbit app, open Advanced Settings, and select Stride Length. Adjust it if the stride length is inaccurate.
