Uninstalled Ionic still needs to be unlocked by phone

So I added a pin on my Ionic and I was unaware it locked up while i was unintalling my watch off my account so I could add it back in so i can get the weather information on it again, well its stuck on the unlock by phone screen anytime i try to get the pin to readd the watch back to my accound and I need help to see if i can get the watch unlocked another way or if I'm gonna have to get a new watch, thanks

Thanks for reaching out and for the steps that you've tried to solve the issues with the pin on your Ionic. I think that it's best if you check with our support team what is the next step. I've requested already a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support to the email you used to register with the Community Forums.
