I'm trying to unlock Fitbit ionic via phone. however, I cannot unlock it coz the code sent to it cannot be seen because its lock. need help

Tnx for the reply. Yes, am following the 3 stepshowever, I cannot execute step #2 since "Device Lock" cannot be found after step#1.
In additionI have followed steps such as removing ionic to bluetooth connected devices, etc.

@SilviaFitbit Mijn Ionic scherm lijkt niet te werken. In apparaatvergrendeling staat nu niets. Ik verifieer met vingerafdruk en ik moet dan een keuze maken tussen een pincode invoeren of Fitbit Pay inschakelen. Ik wil geen van beiden inschakelen maar dit lukt niet. het gevolg is dat ik elke keer om een pincode gevraagd wordt, maar dit lukt niet via het Ionic scherm.
Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

Can perform steps 1 and 2 properly.
Step 3 is not performed.
There is no point resetting it.
Both HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro and Fitbit Ionic with the latest updates.
With device lock, I don't want to turn this off so I won't have a PIN, but I also don't want to turn it on for Fitbit Pay.
What can I do to set it up correctly?

Hi,
Would like to send the youtube video, as to how hardware reset your fitbit ionic. However, its not possible to attach it here.
Together with the video is the steps on how to do it.
You can enable the PIN for fitpay upon resetting and synching your fitbit to your smartphone.
Anyway, here are the steps frm the video and you can repeat it several times if possible. Pls give me your email add so i can send you the video.

I followed your procedure but it still didn't work 🤔
The screen is not responding on my fingertips.
The numbers on my Ionic screen don't highlight / react on my taps on the screen.
The watch isn't responding 🤔
Soft and hard reset (as shown in the YouTube video) with the buttons on the Ionic doesn't solve the problem.

Pls check if your fitbit ionic has enough power/charge. If not, charge it for at least 50% then repeat the procedure from the video.

I also can't see my weather app and my agenda app; screen is not working (as explained in video).
Both reinstalled again but it does not work.
Setup done with power cable in phone (according video on YouTube ).
Not working.
Tried a new clock face, appears on the Ionic and seems to be working.
Bluetooth and internet connection are working fine; VPN closed before installation.
I don't know what to do anymore............ ☹️

Even completely remove the Ionic from my phone and try to reinstalling it won't work 🙁
