when I try to view my Ionic battery charge it tells me to Unlock with my phone. I do not see any messages or options to to be able to do so. What do I have to do ? Also I do not know how to 'Force Sync'.

Apparently @bernalbenson  you have entered your password wrong to mang times.

Lets go to fitbit help docs http://help.fitbit.com/?q=Unlock

This link will bring up the lock FAQ.

You go to you ionic settings,  lock,  enter your phones unlock code,  set up your trackers pin.

Viewing your battery charge does not require putting inn the pin.  When you see the unlock message or the pin screen,  simply swipe left.
