I just purchased my 3rd yes 3rd Iconic Fitbit. The 1st was my fault someone stole it the 2nd stopped after swimming and completely died and the 3rd purchased less than 3 weeks ago is DEAD. I had to download the new firmware for it's upgrade and now my Fitbit is DEAD. Fix this issue otherwise I will require my money back as soon as possible.
