After the Fitbit OS 4.1 update, my connectivity has been poor. I factory reset my Ionic and now it will no longer boot. I've tried charging it for over two hours, holding the left and bottom right buttons, and all three buttons to no avail.

Hi @Bdotlewis, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

My fitbit ionic stopped working recently too. I tried all of the restart steps, different charger options, and talked to customer support and nothing helped. Pretty sure fitbit knows there is an issue but will only offer a 25% discount on future products. I for one am not risking it again.

Agreed. Since I've only had my Ionic for less than a year they are sending a replacement but Im sure that it will happen again. Are you going Garmin?

I've contacted the Helpdesk and am going to receive a replacement. Thanks for the reply though!
