Update failed and now my Ionic won't turn on

I tried the update on my less than year old Ionic and after 30 min of loading it said it failed. Then my Ionic wouldn't pair with my phone anymore so I tried to restart it per other suggestions on this forum. It turned off and now won't turn back on. Pretty sure this update just bricked my Ionic. Any help?

Same happened to my ionic.  They offered 25%/.  Great firmware update.  Crash watches and make us buy new.  Complete crap.

I loved my Ionic but after all the problems I've had (with Surges too in the past), I'll NEVER ever buy another Fitbit product.. Fitbit have cost us money and won't admit to it.
