Updating Ionic's firmware version

Hi,

 

I bought my fitbit ionic last week. Since Sunday, I am trying to get to know it. 

I cannot install spotify as the app tells me I dont have the latest update.

The firmware installed is 27.33.1.30 and I cannot update this anywhere. 

 

I tried already to reset the fitbit, I also tried to uninstall it from my phone and re-install it. 

This all doesnt help. 

 

What can I do to install spotify (and get the latest firmware update)?

@AstridPhili Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

In order to have Spotify app on your Ionic, you will need to have the latest app version. I would like you to make sure that you've tried to update it by following these steps. 

 

This is a progressive rollout which means everyone will receive it at different stages until it has been completely released to all users. We roll out releases in phases as a cautionary measure so that we can monitor performance closely and make adjustments if needed.
