This message appeared last night on my Galaxy S10 phone. First of all, I don't know how to connect it to the internet. It is a Bluetooth connection which had been working fine. My weight also changed from Lbs. to Kgs. I wonder if there was a system update that happened that I wasn't aware of? The end result is that I cannot enter any data on my phone. I am able to enter data from my computer and watch so the problem appears to be with my phone. Can anyone help and perhaps tell me how to connect my phone to the internet? Thanks

The "upgrading database" message seems to be a known bug with the latest app update. The workaround seems to be to force close the app: Settings - Apps - Fitbit - Force Stop
