Vertical lines on display and heart rate tracking issue

Recently the green light on the back of the ionic stays on all the time (didn’t do this before and I’ve owned the watch since it came out). Also, a few months back I noticed some small vertical lines on the bottom of screen going horizontal from one side of the screen to the other. Anyone else having either issue? I’ve been a loyal Fitbit consumer for years now, so I’m aware of trouble shooting resolves, but can’t seem to fix these issues!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic and let me know if the issue persists. If you experience difficulties, please try changing your Ionic clock face and troubleshoot its heart rate sensors.
