Vibrating on notifications

Hi.

My Ionic isn't vibrating on notifications. It does vibrate when getting a call.

I did the slide to the right and the notifictions are to receive from phone and in the app I even disabled the default apps for text and email and put them in the apps notifications but still not working.

And shouldn't the screen turn on when it receives a notification or a call?

@nfp78 Welcome to the Fitbit family! It should vibrate with call and text notifications as well. Yes, screen should turn on.

So, your watch is receiving calendar and text notifications? Or just calls?

I recommend performing a restart on your Ionic. That should help.

Also, check this article about notifications. There are some troubleshooting steps there that could also help you out with this.
