I now have to set my phone as well as my fitbit as the alarm is not working enough.  I have checked the vibration mode and set it to strong but I am not feeling it anymore.  I have missed several important times of late and would like so help please.

Thank you for your email.
I turned off my Fitbit and restarted it. No improvement. Then I found my
Fitbit wouldn't sync. Grr. Set an alarm. Didn't vibrate.
I had 38% battery so decided to connect to my computer and see it I could
connect that way. I reset the alarm. Didn't vibrate.
Still not able to sync.
Decided to wipe the back of device with damp cloth and clean contacts.
Still not able to sync. Reset the alarm again. Didn't vibrate.
Restarted my Fitbit yet again while attached to the computer.
Reset the alarm for the 4th time.
Finally I had a decent alarm vibration.
So now it is working again.
Hope this helps someone else as well.
Thank you,
Joan

@Nannyjoan It's nice to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I would like you to restart your Ionic and test the vibration motor by performing the tips mentioned in this article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Keep me posted.
