Hello,

My mom is a senior with some medication condition. Recently I gave my old fitbit ionic to her, and got the new one for myself. However, as we all know Fitbit is not very fitting for seniors, as it doesn't have emergency / SOS button, etc. 

 

I added my mom as a family member. Thus, I would like to have an access to her data in real time, to see her movements, steps, etc. This would give some certainty about her well-being. 

 

Is there a way to access the family member's data and view it as you would do your own.

No, the only way to see her data would be to log in to her account.
