When recording a run should I record my warm up and cool down periods to make the cardiac fitness estimate more accurate or record the run only

Hi @SunsetRunner,

 

For calculating the VO2Max estimate, it's better to just record the run. The warm-up/cool-down would have a negative effect on the score.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
