Wallet Setup is not workin on v2.1 firmware [27.32.10.20]

I never used wallet on my Ionic before. My partner she is using it and she is not on the latest firmware.

When I try to setup, I go to the app, hold the left button, and in the current firmware if you hold left buttong it brings music up, so I cannot have it to work/setup there.

On the iPhone app of the Fitbit, I only have the option to install/remove the Wallet app on the watch.

So not sure if fitbit thought it through with the firmware update? Am I missing something in my setup? Is this a known issue?

Hello @aedalat your wallet must be setup through the app. 

First let's make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. 

Now when viewing the Apps, on the ionic, through the Fitbit app, you should see a gear to the right of the wallet .Tapping this gear should take you to the wallet setup.

There is no setting/gear icon appearing, and my app is updated to the latest version.

I found there is another app, after I tap on ionic in the iphone app, called wallet, outside of my apps, which I can use to setup my credit cards. thanks for your suggestions though.
