I live in the US and have been chatting with Fitbit support without any success. I have an Ionic with Fitbit Pay. The app is installed on my watch, however, it doesn't show up on the app to add credit cards, manage, etc. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but the Wallet app on then Ionic and the Fitbit app omy Android. Tech support says it should be installed properly but it isn't.had anyone else had this issue? TIA

The probem was caused by my profile location:
Germany = no wallet app
UK = wallet app
I assume this behaviour is because there are no cards accepted in Germany, but a couple for the UK.
Thanks to all for helping get to the bottom of this. Hopefully soon Barclaycard will be added to the list of supported cards. Please...

Same problem, and did the same things. No option to add card. I really don't get it how no one seems to know how to help us.

Where are you (geographically) and what location do you have associated with your Fitbit account?
I can now add cards to Fitbit Pay in the app but that facility only appeared today when Fitbit announced their launch banking partner in this country. If your account is in the wrong place then I imagine that the Wallet functionality would be disabled as a result.

I'm in Singapore. This is what I see from my Fitbit Ios App. All my account settings have Singapore set up as the location.

I'm in the US, Georgia to be exact. Fitbit tech support have assured me that Pay is live here. They can't figure it out either.

The interaction with the wallet app turns out to be via one of the tiles on the top level page of the Ionic settings section. (i.e. in the same place as the 'Apps' tile.)

Mike, did you mean the settings icon which should be on the right of the Wallet app? If that's what you mean, I don't have that icon. As you can see, the Weather app has that settings icon on the right.

No, I mean an icon in the panel containing ‘Clock Faces’, ‘Apps’, ‘Media’ etc on the first Ionic page you reach fare selecting it from the ‘Account’ page.
The panel at the top of the page above the one you’re showing.

Will, I have the same tiles as you have.
Mike, could you show us what your tiles look like? It's strange we're all missing a tile, and wish Fitbit would enlighten us on why that is so.

Problem solved. I had to remove the Fitbit, remove the App from my phone, reinstall the App and pair the Fitbit again.
What's strange is I didn't get notified there was an App update. I normally get automatic notifications for any app updates but there was none for Fitbit for the past few days.
I can see the Wallet tile now.

Unfortunately no luck for me. I performed the following:
1. Removed Ionic from App
2. Deleted Fitbit App (iOS)
3. Rebooted phone
4 . Reinstalled Fitbit App
5. Paired Ionic with App
Still no Wallet App 😤

Sorry to hear that. I contacted Fitbit support and they asked me to update my software. Check if your Fitbit IOS app is the latest - mine is Fitbit 2.42 (746).
You might want to contact Fitbit support and tell them you have a similar issue as mine. Here's my support reference:

What part of the world does your Fitbit account think you’re in. I ask only because I’ve seen at least one user had to change his location from Guam to the US to make it work.

@flaquito, try giving your Ionic a restart. Press and hold the left button and bottom right button until you see the Fitbit logo. It looks like you are missing several other apps which should (hopefully!) show up if you give it a restart. (Worked for me...)
