I live in the US and have been chatting with Fitbit support without any success. I have an Ionic with Fitbit Pay. The app is installed on my watch, however, it doesn't show up on the app to add credit cards, manage, etc. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but the Wallet app on then Ionic and the Fitbit app omy Android. Tech support says it should be installed properly but it isn't.had anyone else had this issue? TIA

OMG, you are awesome. I live in USA, my state is Georgia. So, after reading your response, I check my settings. It was me in Georgia....... The country!!!!! I switch to USA and low and behold! It works.

For the app Icon to appear in that section-you must select a location (Country that is supported)
I live in Canada and the Icon did not show. I simply changed location to USA and the Icon is present and I just went from there...

I had the same problem. I could not see any of the new features for the Ionic when I added it to my Fitbit app on my S8. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now the features such as wallet, media, apps, clock faces are in the app. I'm syncing right now let see if it works.

You have to go to the web page from your computer to change the country. Ita under settings -> Personal info. Then close and open fitbit app so that it reloads data from server and now you should see wallet option.

You have to make sure that you have US in your profile as you live there and go to advanced settings and choose US as well, not the Automated location. This works for me

Thanks! I added my location on my profile and the wallet tile appeared on my versa. The card is now installed. I’ve yet tried to pay with it but hopefully it will work.

I had the same issue, make sure your country is US - not Georgia.

Worked like a charm. Wouldn't it be great if fitbit was not so presumptuous as to assume that just because we live in one country that we don't have credit cards and banks from other countries.

My watch is a Fitbit 4 and it says on the watch l can have it and to set it up in the app, but the app doesn’t show it anywhere!
Im based in Australia, so frustrating!!
