How  to set Ionic display to always on?

Hi @rweissman31, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post. Let me share with you that this feature isn't available on our Fitbit Ionic, at this moment only our Versa 2 can have the display on all the time. The reason why this option isn't available is to preserve the battery life of your Ionic.
