Dear team, I recently bought a fitbit via Amazon US. When I received it, I found out that there was a minor paint defect on the aluminium frame. Also the straps did not lock in.

 

I was wondering if I could exchange the watch with a local (Singapore) authorised reseller, instead of sending it back to Amazon / fitbit.
