The 3 gold looking contacts on my watch is not there anymore, I think they fell off or something.
And I can not charge my watch now.

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe). If you are then customer support should be able to sort this for you. Contact them via contact.fitbit.com and they'll be able to check your status and advise on your options.
