Yes, you can. Mine coming on every time I moved drove my husband crazy too. Hold down the left button. Depending on what apps like music or Fit Pay you have installed, you will see a screen where the first choice is Screen Wake and the options are Auto or Manual. Change it to manual before you go to bed. If you don't see that screen when pushing the left button, just swipe left until it appears. Music and/or Fit Pay will come up first so swipe past them.
