Watch heart rate much higher than app for same period

When I exercise the heart rate on my watch is different from the record which then comes onto the app. So say my peak rate is 120 the app will record that under the exercise itself but when I look into heart rate on the app so I can get a better picture the peak drops about 20-30 beats. Does anyone know why and which is the most accurate?

Many tests reveal that Ionic is not suitable for fitness .. and is even dangerous for those who do sport with cardiac stress.
Some will tell you that you have not tightened the strap or that you have not put it well, others that is a faulty stoc ... but if you ask the technical support, he says that everything is fine.
Attached a Comparison of a cardio workout done in the sack of 5 rounds. Polar values correspond to the type of fatigue, those of Fitbit are random values.
