Watch is not displaying correct time of day.  How do I reset the time

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

 

The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

 

One other issue could be that it's a problem with the clock face you are using so try a different clock if the above ideas don't help.

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to sync but it's taking a long time. Is this normal? Also how do you change the clock face?

Did it sync in the end? It should only take up to minute. If it didn't then have a look at this troubleshooting guide: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
