Watch not tracking stats but iPhone does after synch

So my ionic is not showing any stats, steps, heart rate, nor weather etc. but my iPhone does show the daily stats...  turned the ionic off and on, reset etc.

Changed the watch face on the app and all stats are now showing on the watch
