Although the settings app shows it is installed, i can't see it swiping to the left. I believe I initially saw it swiping down, however since transferring a playlist to my music folder, all I get now when I swipe down is the message that I have no connected devices. From this screen I have three dots on the top left hand side of the screen...but when selecting these all I can do is select the device button and it take me back to the clock face. I have my Bluetooth headphones on discovery mode all this time. I would appreciate it very much for your help.
Perhaps the issue is with the apps. It says I have 11 installed, but I see only 4.

Did a hard reboot using back (single button on right) and bottom (lower button on left) button, pressing for 10 seconds. Everything looks like it works now, save the fitbit pay (can not enter credit card), however perhaps it is not activated for Switzerland yet...
