Weather app celcius but settings don't show in fitbit app

My weather app on the ionic randomly changed from F to C.  The help instructions say to click on the device icon in the fitbit app.  Then select "apps" then settings icon next to weather.  Apps is nowhere on my list for the device.  Yes, I scrolled all the way down. There is "Applications" over on the left, which belongs to the account not the device.  It only shows permissions given to outside organizations to get fitbit data.

Which app are you using - phone, fitibit.com, or Windows 10 app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
