Weather not updating/ Is Strava available for Ionic?

Hello, My first problem is weather app is on my Fitbit an I went to the app on the phone an put in the app my city but it will not show the weather on my phone app.   Next is how do you get the Strava app for Fitbit is that free or do you pay for it ? Last problem it shows a red triangle an it's not syncing up right an it says device lock an when you click that nothing happens what is device lock?

Please try the following troubleshooting for the weather app not updating in your Ionic: 

- Confirm the app is setup correctly 

- Verify that the app doesn't have any pending watch app update

- Manually sync the Ionic 

- If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, try this troubleshooting

- Leave the app running in the background of your phone 

The Strava app is not available in the Fitbit app gallery, learn more about in this thread. 

Last but not least, please attach a screenshot of the red triangle you're getting to your next reply.
