Weekly report showing no steps since I got a new phone

Last week I got a new phone. My ionic synced to the phone fine and the app has been working fine. I’ve received notifications and it’s tracked all my steps on the watch and on the app. Then yesterday I got a weekly progress report email and there’s no steps showing on that since the day I changed my phone. Not sure why this is? Did I need to change a setting somewhere after getting a new phone?

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Sammy73529, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. 🙂

Good to hear that you've gotten a new phone! It sounds odd that your weekly report is not showing steps from the day that you got it. Since your Fitbit account is not linked to your phone but to your email address it shouldn't be affecting. Where did you check your email? Can you please check it from a different device?

I'd really appreciate a screenshot of the report that you got the last time.

I'll be waiting for your response.

Hi I will attach a screen shot here. I looked at the email on my phone. Not checked on my laptop yet but will try to

do so. CAD78A8F-AA00-485D-956A-24488EA4D855.png

I have checked on my laptop and all the steps are showing on there so perhaps it was some kind of mistake on the emailed report?
