Weekly report shows 2.880 steps each day

In my weekly report I notices that last week I had every day 2880 steps what is not correct. I had every day 10.000 + steps and on Sunday an exercise with 23.000 + steps. that exercise is showing on the dashboard but not in the total steps.

Has anyone seen this behavior ?

I did a reset of my ionic and hope that this will solve the issue.

Hi @EddyDC66 nice to see you on the Fitbit Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing all those details in your post about your weekly report. Keep in mind that our system submits weekly report totals between Sunday night (11:59P) and early Monday morning. In order for our system to generate a complete week’s worth of data in a weekly report, the tracker must sync by Sunday night or early Monday morning to be included in the weekly report. Reports are sent out Mondays and continue through Tuesday of every week.

However, what you can do for the moment to see your stats is:

  1. Signing in to your dashboard.
  2. Clicking Log.
  3. Selecting Activities.
  4. Selecting the date range from the calendar tool in the upper right. Weekly progress reports collect data from Monday through Sunday.

Most trackers store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. If your tracker measures heart rate, summary heart rate data will be stored as well.

Is this the first time you have this issues with you weekly report?

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

Thanks for the reply.

My tracker syncs daily so that is no issue.

What is strange to me is that from Monday until Saturday the number of steps for each day is exactly the same (2880). For Sunday it recorded 3486 steps but the step in the Sunday exercise (22274) are not included in the total.

I did a reset of my ionic and so far the number of steps is correctly shown in the dashboard.

On my ionic when I see recent activity it shows for days recorded 2880 steps a graphical bar with a star meaning daily goal (10000 steps) were met.
