Does anyone have any suggestions of apps that sync with fitbit ionic that track weights, reps and sets ect I can use until one is developed for the Ionic?

I second this question, it seems like an obvious thing to include, I'm not even sure why they have a weightlifting activity unless you can measure reps and sets. It's identical to the Workout activity as far as I've seen. Would be a handy addition.

Hi @HollyDoodle,

Wish I did. The list of compatible apps doesn't show anything for weight lifting tracking. 😞

I end up using a separate program for weights--that tracks reps, weights, rep maxes, 1 rep maxes, volume, etc. Are you using android or ios? What are you currently using now to track these things?

@Indie77, the Weights exercise mode has its own algorithm applied to the tracked exercise. It's not quite the same as Workout. And as Fitbit improves their tracking of weights activities (*nudge*), those would show up in the Weights category.

@WavyDavey I use Android. At the min I set my fitbit off in weight mode but then track my reps sets using either simple work out log or fit note. Would just be so much easier if it could either be synced or all done through fitbit
