Weight logs from Today are not being transferred to Fitbit app

When the Fitbit Ionic made a firmware update I noticed that it added a way to record my weight. I've been recording my weight on the Ionic now for about a month, on and off. But today I went to the app, both on my computer and cell and there is no records off any of these weights. Where has this info gone to? What's the point of recording my weight on the Ionic each day if the info doesn't go into the app to chart and review?

Is there something that I have to do to make the 2 parts link together??

Hi @a1allstar, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for the details on your post and for the steps that you've tried to solve this.  Sorry to hear that you can't see your previous weight logs. This shouldn't be happening but we understand this is a new feature and we're still getting feedback about it.

Would you mind trying the following steps:

  1. Update the Today app in the app gallery
  2. Force close the Fitbit app and
  3. Log your weight one more time
  4. Sync your data

After doing so your weight information should be updated in the Fitbit app.

Keep me posted.

I have tried the steps that you listed and still nothing. I also tried uninstalling the app on my phone and reinstalled it and still no weight being sent from the ionic to my app. I also have the app on my PC, cell phone and my iPad and all doing the same.

I've been noticing now that even when I log a weight on the watch that the new weight doesn't stay on the watch longer then a day. It will eventually show an old weight that I had imputed directly into the app.

I never noticed you could add a weight directly from the watch. I just tried it and, after sync, the weight was correctly logged in my Fitbit dashboard. Very strange it does't work for you.

Still not getting any weights transferred from my watch to the app. Now getting a message that reads "Maximum Logs Entered Sync your device with the Fitbit mobile app to resume logging." I don't understand why it is not working, my app is set to All Day Sync and also Always Connected. All my steps show on the app.
