Yep not fixed this whole time.

Yep someone in Fitbit programming needs to change the software coding to display “calories”. You cannot fix this.
But do not expect this to happen anytime soon. Fitbit is very slow or simply unresponsive to user input -> to make this device work as expected. Fixing this oversight is not that important to them.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
