Received Ionic. Setup Fitbit acct on my S9 phone. I logged onto my WW account from desktop and connected my Ionic. WW said it was connected, but do not see app/icon on my Fitbit or data from WW for food or activity on my phone or Fitbit. I tried disconnecting the device on WW from desktop and reconnecting. Any thoughts?

I think you are slightly confused.  The WW app (or link for WW on a desktop) is a completely different app than the fitbit one.

What you did was link your fitbit account to you WW account (or app) so that way it will pull in your activity level so it will give you what WW calls "FitPoints"  You earn these "FitPoints" by being active, working out, more steps, etc.  Then you can eat back these points if you choose.  Some people do, some people do not, some people eat their weekly's instead.

But as far as I know there is no app that can be put on your Ionic to log food.  Hope that helps.

Yes I understand the way WW works as far as choosing to use my fitness points or not. My real question is that I can't get the app and my Ionic to sync. As a linked app, WW should show up in my initial like Starbucks, Pandora, etc. It should also should show your activity and convert it to fitpoints. Likewise should display food smartpoints used on my Ionic. I've seen this on the Fitbit site. Just isn't working for me.

Hope that made sense. I'm debating to keep the Fitbit if I can't accomplish this. Thanks for your reply.

I still think you are confused.  There is no WW app that goes on the Ionic.  I just searched the Fitbit app store again to be sure.  Yes, your fitbit ionic is linked to your WW app.  And that you can see either in your WW app on your phone or desktop.

It should convert your activity points to fitpoints.  You can check that in the WW app.  I am not currently a WW member (if I was I would screenshot it for you).  But I know you can see this from a desktop/app by going in to where you see your weight I believe.
